March 2016 Cash Flow Property Update - DFW/Austin/San Antonio

Below is the MARCH 2016 update. Great time to find some investment property in the most stable real estate market in the US.

I am resetting the Property Alert settings and setting up new ones for 2106. If you have specific parameters (area/property type/size/price/etc), please let me know.

Also, inventory in all categories is starting to get less and less with Spring time buying. If your priming for purchase in Spring, please make sure your approval letters are up to date and be ready to move FAST!

Focus Area – I have really started to focus on Keller ISD and Northwest ISD (both in the North Ft Worth area). This area is growing extremely fast, I would say it is like Frisco/Plano was 5-7 year ago. This area will only continue to grow. Retail has caught up with the employment and area is only going to continue to grow. Mansfield ISD is also solid.
