Happy New Year - January 2016 Investment Property Update - DFW to Austin to San Antonio

Happy New Year. I hope your Holiday Season was fun and safe with your family. I’m looking forward to a great 2016. Dallas/Ft Worth down to Austin/San Antonio remains one of the most vibrant markets in America. Stable economic and job environments make for great investment opportunities. Below is the JANUARY 2016 list of properties of interest.

FULL SERVICE LISTING

In 2015, If you need more than the MLS Flat Fee service, I will be offering Full Service listing for only 1% on the listing side (still reserve 2-3% for buyer broker). Reduced commission but full representation of photos, signs, lockbox, negotiations, etc.
