Of interest (I visited Austin/New Braunfels/San Antonio this past week):
- New build duplexes in North DFW down I-35 to Austin/San Antonio – Some solid ones in NEW BRAUNFELS I just visited – lots of growth
- 12 new build duplexes in Kyle, TX – just south of Austin
- Package of duplexes in CROWLEY – being built. Very clean area.
- Newer single family (year 2000+) in Keller ISD/Mansfield ISD/Northwest ISD in DFW – high growth areas and still affordable rentals
- Packages of newer build townhomes – attached in rows of 5-11 units.

Focus Area – I have really started to focus on Keller ISD and Northwest ISD (both in the North Ft Worth area). This area is growing extremely fast, I would say it is like Frisco/Plano was 5-7 year ago. This area will only continue to grow. Retail has caught up with the employment and area is only going to continue to grow. Mansfield ISD is also solid.

In 2015, If you need more than the MLS Flat Fee service, I will be offering Full Service listing for only 1% on the listing side (still reserve 2-3% for buyer broker). Reduced commission but full representation of photos, signs, lockbox, negotiations, etc.
