MID-DECEMBER Single/Multi-Family Property Update

Thank you for taking the time to view my blog. Again, I am a State of Texas licensed Realtor that works with buyers to locate property. My focus is throughout the Dallas/Ft Worth Metroplex are duplexes, 4-plexes and small commercial multi-family property. This blog is updated bi-monthly (I also send out a bi-monthly email with the latest property update, let me know if you would like to be added to that list).

I am always happy to customize a search specific to your needs. I know some people want full investment properties while others are looking to Owner Occupy one unit as a primary residence and rent the other unit for extra income (so the other tenant is paying the mortgage for you) – because of this parameters vary from deal to deal.
