September 2021 - Property Update - Duplexes, Quads, Commercial Multi-Family

I hope everyone had a good Summer. With Labor Day next week, its time to see what the rest of 2021 will bring. Inventory levels remain OK for duplexes, very low for QUADS and in between on the Commercial MF. I see a decent number of 100+ unit listings but not many in the 10-50 unit range. That inventory has and remains slow. I’m hoping that picks up in the Fall/Winter 2021.

Overall, Texas remains incredibly strong with relocations and job demand. Deals are getting done and hoping the rest of 2021 will see inventory turn over. If your parameters have changed, please send me an update on what you are looking for.
