 I have a seller with a duplex, details:


1. $349,000 price
2. Each unit is 3 bed, 2 bath, 2 car (rear)
3. Desoto 75115   (Hampton & Meadowbrook cross streets area)
4. Unit 1 is $1250 rent and expires 3-28-22,  unit 2 is $1400 expires 10-29-21 …..market on a 3/2 is $1450
5. Outside looks in good shape, I have not seen interior yet
6. Viewings during option at this point.
