Happy New Year - January 2015 Investment Property Update - Single & Multi-Family Cash Flow List

Happy New Year - welcome to 2015...

2014 was a great year for Texas Real Estate. Many of the top investment property markets remain in Texas with a strong growth forecast in the single and multi-family markets. I appreciate your business in 2014 and ready to assist in 2015.
