MID JUNE - Duplexes, Quads, Commercial Multi-Family - Updated List

 I hope everyones Summer is off and running. Below is the MID JUNE 2021  property update.  Ive seen in increase in duplex inventory, quad inventory remains very low and overpriced. Commercial Multi-Family is holding steady. With any of these, showing a strong buyer with good lending in place is key to begin negotiations with a seller. Sellers want to know the buyer is serious and lending is locked in.
