DFW/HOU/SA/AUST - Duplexes/Quads/Comm MF December 2020

I hope everyone had a good Thanksgiving break. One month away to hopefully more stable/normal times in 2021.  The North Texas market remains robust. Low rates has kept the real estate sector performing. Low inventory has kept pricing inflated. As I mentioned in previous posts, deals are still getting done. If you like the location or possibility of a property, don’t let list price deter you. I’ve closed several deals on 2020 below the initial list price asked by sellers. Deals will get DONE!


Keep your financing current, when a deal is priced correctly it will usually end up in Multiple Offer situation, we need to be ready to jump when it hits. I will be updating my “buyer files” in December. If your property parameters have changed, please let me know.
