Texas Cash Flow Investment Property - Duplexes, Quads, Commercial MF - February 2021

Hello, hope all is well. Bitcoin is up and down, Reddit users are attacking Wall St…..what’s next?  Real Estate remains a constant, especially in Texas. Pricing is higher but rates are lower. Deals still getting done. Inventory is in control allowing investors a stable investment vehicle.
