MID APRIL - TEXAS - Duplexes, Quads, Comm MF Update

Well, the 2-4 unit market is unreal. Tough time to be a buyer. I listed two duplexes this past week and each had 10+ offers, appraisal waivers and more. Deals are getting done but be ready to give your best offer. Texas is seeing a lot of West Coast 1031 buyers bringing cash to float these deals.
