Duplexes, Quads, Commercial MF - Texas Investment Property - March 2021 Update

 Below is the MARCH 2021  property update.  Inventory is still really low. There were only 17 Quads and 77 duplexes listed in North Texas right now. Low inventory is keeping pricing inflated. Still getting deals done and interest rates are still low.  Please let me know any questions.
