Need COMPS?

 Hope all is well. When buying a property - personal or investment, it is essential to have COMPS. I do this for a lot of investors and home owners. When running comps, I ask if you can send:


1. sqft
2. 1 or 2 story home
3. Subdivision name
4. Zip code

If you can’t provide that, I can always find the data, but it saves time. I run comps plus/minus 500 sqft of the property size. MLS is most accurate.

When your ready, I do my full service listings at 1%. I do the Flat Fee (seller handles all) at $175 plus $35 if you want CSS showing service.
